[StarCluster] [starcluster] Cluster gets created an automatically terminated after adding DNS prefix

I am trying to create a cluster but they get automatically terminated with
this error bellow

The things that I have changed recently are:
I enable the new config service from AWS
I have added DNS prefix option to the template
