[StarCluster] Error installing StarCluster 0.95.2 on Windows 7

Hi Sergio:

The instructions on the StarCluster installation page (http://star.mit.edu/cluster/docs/0.95.2/installation.html) seem to be pretty broken. That should get updated ... I'm certainly the WRONG guy for that job. :)

I use MobaXterm (http://mobaxterm.mobatek.net/) 'shell' environment on my Windows 7 boxes with GREAT success! While the Python plugin (available on the Plugins page) is only 2.6, it still works fine for a StarCluster install, and many other things as well. What a nice tool.

Tried to install MIT StarCluster on my Windows 7 Professional notebook and got this error:
