[StarCluster] Enhanced networking

Hi all,

I'm interested in testing AWS Enhanced networking with starcluster.
As of now, I didn't find any AMI in Starcluster already packaged with support for enhanced cluster.

Has anyone already packaged such an image?
I'd like to do some tests with c3.8.xlarge instances.
