[StarCluster] error when adding nodes to the cluster

Hello,

I encountered an error when I was trying to add a node to the cluster. The
instance is up and running, which can be validated in EC2 console.  But I
it is not added to the  /etc/hosts in the master node.

I am not sure where is wrong with it, can I add this node to the cluster
manually by adding the host file and run the SGE plugin?

Following the command and output/error message of the starcluster.
