[StarCluster] loadbalancer error with different type of instances

Hello,

I encountered an "inconsistent number of slots" errors when I was trying to
use loadbalancer to add nodes automatically.

I have a mixed types of instances (of different number of cores) in my
cluster. I wonder is it the cause of this error?
