Hi Sergio

I have played with Docker a bit and have found that the ports are the main
factor to consider. When you start a Docker, you have to specify in advance
which ports you are going to use. What comes out of this is that you
"cannot" call a bare metal OGE (qsub/qrsh) from a Docker because that would
mean binding almost all ports. To counter this, you can always ssh out of
the docker to the bare metal and then call Docker, a gymnastic operation
that feels weird.
