[StarCluster] installing 0.95.5 on Mac OS X

Hi Stephen,
Please join the mailing list so that your future posts make it to the
list without admin intervention. To answer your question you need to
pass the --upgrade (-U) flag to easy_install when you want to upgrade an
already installed package:
$ easy_install -U starcluster
