[StarCluster] bug report regarding NFS mounting on "addnode"

Hi Justin,

Just ran into the following bug, which happened after I tried to "starcluster addnode" to a cluster. The only thing to note is that the previous nodes on the cluster were all terminated due to being outbid, so perhaps that is playing a role?

The crash log is attached. Let me know if I can help.
