[StarCluster] starcluster not mounting ephemeral disks

Hi Ryan

There are 2 ways you can do this.

1. Create an image that automatically mounts the ephemeral drives.
2. Create a StarCluster plugin that will mount ephemeral drives when nodes
are started.

I use solution 1 on my clusters.
