[StarCluster] failed to add node

Hi all - I have a spot cluster that contains 3 nodes.  I'm trying to add a
fourth with starcluster addnode, but it fails for unknown reason:

[ec2-user at awsmicro ~]$ starcluster addnode ngsclutser
