[StarCluster] Fwd: ConcurrentTagAccess crash report

Hi Gurus,

Here is one of a number of 0.94.3 crash reports for today; this one is new
to me:

"!!! ERROR - ConcurrentTagAccess: The Tags for this Resource cannot be
modified as they are currently being modified by another request. Please
retry the request."

I am the only operator of this cluster; I wasn't tagging this or any other
instance at the time this error occurred.  Crash report attached.
