[StarCluster] problem creating volume

Hi

I'm trying to create an EBS volume, but I'm getting this error:

StarCluster - (http://web.mit.edu/starcluster) (v. 0.93.3)

!!! ERROR - image ami-899d49e0 does not exist

I have just changed [aws info] to use eu-west region, but the ami-899d49e0
implies it's still looking in the us-east region yet I can't see anywhere
my config that  specifies this AMI...

What have I missed?
