[StarCluster] MPICH2

Hi fellows,

I need to use MPICH2, version 1.08 p1 in StarCluster. It seems that
StarCluster only works with new versions of MPICH2. Since I can´t upgrade
due compatibility issues, any workarounds to resolve that?
