[StarCluster] No handlers could be found for logger "ssh.transport"

Hi Diane,

Do you get this error consistently regardless of using wifi or cable
connection? The "No handlers could be found..." error is not a fatal one
but the 'Socket is closed' error generally indicates a loss in internet
connection although something else could be at play here.

I've added additional logging to this error message in the github[1]
version. Would you mind installing[2] the latest development code and
see if you can reproduce this issue and if so paste the output?
