[StarCluster] Privilege level Amazon GPU AMI.

Hi,
I was trying to run some OpenCL code yesterday on Amazon EC2 GPU
cluster using the Star cluster AMI.  Everything works fine if I am
logged in as root, but it fails when I am a non-root user.  I googled
and found that /dev/nvidia* needs to have 0666 permission.  But Star
cluster already have these, but still I have to run everything as
root.  Is this a known issue?  Thanks.
