Hey fellow MIT skiers and boarders!

Hope everyone's off to a good start with preseason training before the snow
arrives! We are two Sloanies starting up a company in the ski industry and
are looking for engineers to join our team. We recently patented a
technology/device to predict avalanches, and will be building a business
around hand held avalanche detection devices for backcountry
skiers/snowboarders/mountaineers. This device will revolutionize the
avalanche safety market by introducing the first predictive technology for
the individual consumer market.

We're psyched to get the first prototypes going this winter so that we can
do some product testing/skiing out West in the spring. We are looking for
engineers in the RF, EE, CS, and ME spaces specifically, but would also
love to chat with any other entrepreneurial ski enthusiasts.

If you're interested in getting involved please shoot us an email directly.
We're also going to be hanging out at Miracle of Science on Thursday,
November 1 at 7pm. We'd love to meet some other MIT skiers and boarders
and chat with anyone interested in helping us get the avalanche product up
and running.

Give us a shout!
Cheers,

Brint and Allie
The Avatech Team
