[snowriders] First Bus Trip to Sunday River on January 9th. Sales open tomorrow, the 4th, at 4pm

Happy New Year Snowriders!

Our first trip of the season will be next week. We'll be going to Sunday 
River on Saturday January 9th. Sunday River is one of New England's 
largest resorts, with the best snow-making capabilities, and a personal 
favorite of many Snowriders.

This weekend they have 102+ trails open, over 40 miles, with all 14 
lifts running. They received 12" of natural snow in the past week. 
They've got 56 groomed trails open with an average base depth of 17"-21".

The weather forcast for this week shows chance of snow all week, (90% 
tomorrow!) so we can expect plenty of fresh powder on the trails when we 
get there. The temperatures are pretty steady with lows ~10F and highs 
around 25F.

Tickets will go on sale Sunday at 4pm, and will continue through 
Wednesday at 12pm. Make sure you sign up early so you don't get left 
behind! The costs are:

Bus: $27
Lift: $45
Rental: $30

Regular lift tickets at Sunday River are $77, so for $5 less than the 
regular price you get a lift ticket AND a ride up. The bus boards at 
Sydney Pacific at 4:30am (so plan your caffeine intake accordingly) and 
will return by 9pm.

We're still trying to work out the details with graduate student 
subsidies, so stay tuned for details on whether or not we'll be 
providing those for this trip.
