[Snowriders] Ski House - join us for the full season!

Hello snowriders,

The temperatures are up and down, but we're sure its going to keep 
going down soon, enough to bring lots of snow to Sunday River!  Join 
us for a full season* of lodging (and partying? :-) at the Snowriders 
Ski House:

The house is less than 3mi from the SR South Ridge Base Lodge (even 
closer to White Cap / Barker lodges), has three bedrooms, 2.5 
bathrooms, an amazing view of SR, full kitchen, dining room, family 
room, washer/dryer, and a living room with a real fireplace!

We have three memberships, and they are limited in numbers so that we 
can all have a great non-crowded time at the house, so if you want to 
join, its time to tell us:

- "Super" membership - stay any nights* and have up to 18 guest nights
   $1200 (one available of 3 total)
- "Full" - stay up to 24 weekend nights, including max 12 guest nights
   $600 (seven available of 8 total)
- "Half" - stay up to 12 weekend nights, including max 6 guest nights
   $350 (5 available of 8 total)

The "half" are going to go fast, and we really are going to limit 
them to 8, so the next available memberships will be for "full"!

To join please send a security deposit check of $100 to the house organizer:

The rest of your membership will be due at the end of October so that 
we can cover the first 50% deposit for the rent; after October 31 
memberships will be due in full since we need to cover the full 
rental cost by Nov 15th.

* The season starts on Thu Nov 27, 2008 (the day after Thanksgiving) 
and ends on Sun Apr 26, 2009. We do NOT have the house available, at 
all for any members, from Feb 13-21 2009. We will also have to rent 
it out at least one other weekend in order to meet costs; that weekend is TBD.
