Lots of announcements in this email:


1. Season Passes
     Still haven't gotten your season pass yet?  No worries--we've extended
the deadline to November 30th for both the New England Pass and the 4-NH
College Pass!  This is the last chance to get them at exclusive Snowriders
discounts ($5 discount for NE pass, $10 discount for 4-NH).
     All passes purchased will be active by the weekend of December 13/14,
and very possibly earlier.  Go to http://snowriders.mit.edu/passes.php for
details and to buy online.  Email sr-officers at mit.edu with questions.



2. Boston Ski and Snowboard Expo
Check out the biggest ski/snowboard sale in the New England area, happening
this weekend at the Bay Side Expo Center.  Get some of the best discounts on
great gear, vacation packages, even lift ticket giveaways.  Go to

exhibitors, and to get tickets (discounted when pre-bought).



3. GSC Annual January Winter Trip
     The graduate student annual trip to Sunday River, cosponsored by
Snowriders and the Graduate Student Council is back again for January 2009!
The trip will be Jan 22-25.  Enjoy slopeside condos, free group lessons, 3
days of skiing, and plenty of social activities all for $250.  See

     Tickets will go on sale Wed, Dec 3 at 12pm.  The spots usually sell out
VERY FAST, within the first 24 hours.  All graduate students and postdocs

4.  Snowriders pre-season social
     Mark your calendars on Dec 3 and join us for our pre-season social.
Come meet friends, make trip plans, and ask Snowriders questions about our
upcoming bus season.
