[Snowriders] Ski House (Response Needed ASAP!!!)

Dear Snowriders,

A ski house at Sunday River is in the making.  We need your help to  
make this a reality.  Below are some pertinent details of the rental  
property.  Please let sr-skihouse at mit.edu know your thoughts by  
Friday 1/2/07.

-Weekends only rental policy (anytime Friday through midnight Sunday)
-Season from 11/16/07 to 4/13/08 (20 weekends)
-Blackout weekends (12/28-31/07 and 1/25-27/08)
-Extended weekends (MLK and Presidents) (1/17-22/07 and 2/14-19/08)
-Utilities included (heat, hot water, power, gas, cable, oil,  
plowing) (no phone, WiFi from next door)
-On the Sunday River access road (2 miles from the hill)
-4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, 2052 sq feet

-$699 per spot
-Each spot buys 30 nights stay (combination of member and guest  
nights, MAX 10 guest nights)
-Guests may accompany members (if more than 10 guests nights are  
needed, can be purchased at $25 each)
