Dear Snowriders,

The temperature has been dropping and snow has been falling in  
Maine.  Next weekend looks like a great weekend to go skiing.

1) Bus Monitor Meeting

We are looking to recruit new bus monitors for the 2007 season.  The  
responsibilities include answering emails the week of your trip,  
monitoring bus signups, reporting final numbers, picking up the check  
for the resort, sending out reminder emails and being there the day  
of the bus trip.  On the day of the trip you will mark each person  
present on the bus, be responsible for getting everyones lift and  
rental coupons, confirm everyone is on the bus to leave and be the  
point of contact in the event of any emergencies.  Total work load ~4  
hours + day of trip.  For this you will receive a free bus + lift  
ticket for each bus you lead.  We are holding a meeting Monday  
1/15/07 at 6pm.  Please email sr-bus at mit.edu if you would like more  
information.

On Sale Monday, January 15, 2007 at 12 PM Noon EST on the website  
(sales close 1/17/07 at noon).  We would like to run two buses of 54  
passengers, please remember we need a minimum of 54 passengers to run  
the trip.

3) Ski Market Night 1/17/07

On January 17, 2007 Snowriders present a 20% discount night at Ski  
Market.  All items in the store will be 20% off including clearance  
items. You must provide your own transportation to this event; the  
Green Line stops directly in front of the store.  Remember to bring  
your MIT ID.
