3. Ski House

Once again Snowriders is looking into a member buy-in ski house. The
location of the house will most likely again be near Sunday River Ski
Resort near Bethel, Maine. The approximate buy-in will be between
$500 and $700 per person and include all utilities of the season.
Total member buy-in will be limited to between 10 and 20 people
depending upon the chosen property and interest level. Please

4. Tuning Nights

Ski and Board tuning will be offered again this year in w20-461
beginning sometime in late November before the first bus trip. For
those of you new to tuning your ride; Snowriders has purchased with
much help from the GSC funding board tuning equipment that you may
use under our supervision to ready your ride for the first snow or
keep at it's peak performance for those icy days. Tuning usually
takes between 2 and 4 hours depending on your level of skill and your
desired finish. Stay tuned for more information in the coming months.

5. 2006/2007 Bus Trips

First, I want to thank everyone who went on our bus trips last year
and especially those that bared with us during a few of our rough
moments. I want to assure you that this season will be awesome and
that we will not experience any of the problems we encountered last
year. Crystal Transport will NOT be used again! Negations are
currently under way to secure the lowest possible rates for this
season. Our trip schedule can be found on our website and at the
following link http://snowriders.mit.edu/bus/ Tentative bus fares
will be between $23 and $26 depending on destination. The first trip
is scheduled for Sunday December 3 to Sunday River. I hope you can
all make it up to the slopes with us.

Ski you on the slopes,

~Daniel Massimini
