[Snowriders] Ski House 06-07 @ Sunday River area

Dear Snowriders,

Growing upon the success of last year's Ski House, which welcomed  
eleven full time members and many dozens of snowrider guests  
throughout the season, we have once again rented a Ski House at the  
Sunday River area in Bethel Maine, from Dec 1st to April 30th.

This year the house is closer to Sunday River, it features *8* beds  
(sleeps at least 10), and a HOT TUB!

The House
---------
3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom + Hot Tub room, large living room, newly  
refurbished kitchen, next to "Songo Pond", 3mi south of Bethel (<8mi  
from SR)

To Join
-------
This year we have two memberships, based on how members used the  
house last year:
$500 - Full membership, unlimited nights
$250 - Half membership, up to 10 nights ($25 per extra night)
Guests of members are only $25 per night.

To Rent

The house will be available for rent during the college pass black- 
outs: Christmas (Dec 22-28), New Years (Dec 29-Jan 4), MLK weekend  
(Jan 12-15), and President's Day (Feb 16-19). Check the website
