Welcome to a new semester. I know its 90 degrees outside, but
it really is time to start thinking about snow. This email is
geared toward all the new people on our list, but its also a
good refresher for the rest of you about what we offer. Check
our website frequently: http://snowriders.mit.edu and email
sr-exec at mit.edu with any questions.

===============================================================
===============================================================
3. Ski Cabin
Snowriders has organized a ski cabin near Sunday River. Only
$420/person for the entire season. Only 20 spots available.
Signups begin TODAY! Contact nmames at mit.edu with questions.
===============================================================
===============================================================
4. Tuning Nights
We will soon be holding ski/board tuning nights co-sponsored
by MITOC. Our "experts" will demonstrate how to take care of
your equipment. All you need to do is pay for the wax
(about $2) and donate your effort.
===============================================================
===============================================================
5. Bus Trips
Due to our success from last year, we've negotiated some sweet
deals with the resorts this year. We'll help keep your day
trips cheap AND we'll be giving away sweet gear on the trips
(wish I could keep it for myself!). Watch for at least TEN bus
day trips this year.
===============================================================
===============================================================
6. Call for Volunteers
The Snowriders officers love to ski/board. Help us enjoy our
time on the snow more by helping us run a bus trip. You get a
free trip in exchange for a couple hours of work the week
prior to the trip.
Or... if you're a graduate student, help out with the GSC ski
trip and earn a free trip. We're trying to move it to a better
mountain this year. All we need from you is dedication from
end of November through the trip weekend (Feb 3 - Feb 6). If
you're planning to be gone for IAP, you're not a good
candidate. Sorry.
===============================================================
===============================================================
7. Bus Trip Sponsors
Want to help your club, organization, lab, dept, class, dorm,
etc get up to the snow for cheap this season? Sponsor a trip
through us. We will take care of all the details and make sure
your group gets the best discount in the East.
===============================================================
===============================================================
Thanks for making it to the end!
