[Snowriders] Reminder: officer elections today 5pm in 5-217

Hey all,

Don't forget to come decide the future of our club by electing new 
officers! You can still nominate yourself or someone else. Email sr-request 
to do so. There will also be plenty of socializing opportunity and a little 
food!

Below are the descriptions of the positions available:

1. President
- represents the club to any other group
- presides over all meetings
- seeks funding for the club
- oversees all club trips and activities
- assists in organizing group trips and activities


2. Vice President
- serves in place of the president when necessary
- supervises weekly bus trips and their coordinators.
- coordinates promotions with outside groups and businesses
- assists in organizing group trips and activities


3. Treasurer
- responsible for the finances of the group.
- responsible for tracking and collecting all fees from club trips
- assists in organizing group trips and activities


4. Secretary
- responsible for electronic and written publicity of the club
- maintains the club's website
- documents group trips and activities and make the documentation available 
on the club's website
- assists in organizing group trips and activities.
