Hey folks,

Ski season is here and it's good to see some people getting out there. On 
with the news (a lot of it, so pay attention...)

- Win a Killington Vacation! Our awesome web master is running a marathon 
to raise money for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and needs your help to 
meet her goal. In return, you could win weekend vacation for two at 
Killington or lift tix to Sugarbush. Every $5 donated earns you a ticket in 
the raffle. The drawing is Dec 15, so act soon and tell your friends!

- Snowriders Night at the Thirsty Ear. Join your fellow Snowriders for some 
food (free) and beverages (not free) at the newly re-opened Thirsty Ear Pub 
in Ashdown House (http://web.mit.edu/thirsty-ear/). 21+ only, ID required.

- Rides, rides, rides... Nice to see people using the rider board. Keep it 
up and tell your friends to join up and post their rides if they have open 
spots.

- Earn your turns: Brian Demsky is hiking Mt. Washington for some 
backcountry action this weekend. Email him (bdemsky) if you're interested.

- Tuning equipment: We'll finally be getting some, including a ski vise, 
snowboard vise, files, guides, iron, wax, etc. Details to follow on tuning 
seminars, etc.
