I have a ticket for the ski trip but I can not come. 
I paid 255usd for a regular ticket.

Dear Ski Trip Members,

Due to a large number of requests for last-minute group changes, we
have extended the deadline for updating the group names until Jan 13th
at 9:00PM. After the deadline, the condo assignments will be made and
sent to Sunday River.
