[Ski-trip-exchange] One ticket still available

Sorry Joe, you cannot sell your ticket anymore. As we announced last week,
the deadline to switch was last night. We have commitments to Sunday River
ourselves and have to meet the deadlines set by our agreement.

We disabled switching so that we can finalize the condo assignment and
communicate that with Sunday River.

Sorry if that turns out to be inconvenient for some people,
