[scripts-announce] Scripts upgrade not applied -- USER ACTION REQUIRED

Hi,

About 30 minutes ago, the Scripts Team attempted to cutover from the
old (Fedora 17) cluster to the new (Fedora 20) cluster. While the
cutover itself occurred without issue, we discovered that many sites
were not functional.

We have chosen to delay the cutover by a few days to provide users an
opportunity to upgrade their sites. Notably, Django users are impacted
due to major changes between 1.4 and 1.6.

Please test your site on scripts-test.mit.edu as soon as possible; see
http://scripts.mit.edu/upgrade/155 for more information.

The upgrade is currently expected to take place on the evening of
Wednesday, August 27, 2014.

Once this grace period is over, we will be cutting over to the new
cluster regardless of the state of user sites.
