Hi,

A few minutes ago, sql.mit.edu performed maintenance to upgrade the
strength of the cryptography protecting user passwords. This change
should have had no visible impact on any clients that access the
sql.mit.edu service, except for those using extremely old and
unsupported versions of the mysql the client. This change was
necessary to support Scripts' upcoming migration to Fedora 19.

If you find that you are unable to access the sql.mit.edu service,
please change your password to the one in /mit/LOCKERNAME/.my.cnf
using the http://sql.mit.edu/ website. If you encounter difficulties
doing so, please let us know by emailing scripts at mit.edu and we will
be happy to help you out.

Sincerely,
-Alex
