[scripts-announce] Scripts outage Saturday night

On Saturday night, Jan. 5, there will be an outage of all SIPB services
hosted in the W20 machine room while we reorganize the space and network
equipment.  The outage will be in stages and we expect all services to
be back by 3am.  Updates will be posted to http://3down.mit.edu/

scripts.mit.edu and sql.mit.edu will be affected by this outage. We expect 
that there will only be brief outages of a minute or two between 10pm and 
3am, but we reserve the whole window in case their are unexpected 
complications.
