[scripts-announce] 12/3/06 Script Server Outage

The script service was not working properly this morning starting around 
7:30am because of an outage of the MIT AFS fileserver mnemosyne. 
Although the fileserver mnemosyne is still down (you can read about its 
status at http://3down.mit.edu), scripts.mit.edu service has now been 
restored.  All scripts.mit.edu services except for virtualhosts were 
restored before 9:50am, and virtualhosts were restored around 10:30am.
