We are developing a major political networking and activism site set to launch this summer, and we're looking for a politically inclined editorial intern to join our team ASAP. Job Description: Typical duties will include developing election-related content, assisting the technical team with application testing, and moderating user-submitted stories and comments. About us: We're an early stage startup headquartered in Phoenix, AZ and Boston, MA. We provide a non-partisan but politically infused environment, with plenty of opportunities for initiative and a chance to be involved with the project from an early stage. Requirements: Strong communication skills and a passion for politics. While we may have an occasional meeting in our Davis Square office (right on the MBTA Red Line), this will be a telecommuting position so regular access to the Internet is a must. We expect you to commit to about 10-20 hours per week, but can be flexible around academic commitments (read: we won't ask you to work during finals week). This internship is unpaid, but we'll be happy to work with your institution to facilitate academic credit, if applicable. For more information, or to apply, e-mail info at polimediagroup.com
