I am looking for a furnished sublet/guest room/room that is within walking
distance to a train stop (for commute to MIT).  I'll need a place for Dec09
and Jan10 but it not necessary that it be the same place for both months.
During these months, I'll be working most of the time on campus, and
spending time exploring Boston.  Also, for the holidays I'll be away.  Some
details: non-smoker, need coffee in the morning, great with cats, a bit
nervous around dogs.
