Announcing the 43rd Joint Atlantic seminar for the History of Biology 
to be held Saturday, April 5th, 2008, and hosted by the Program in 
History of Science at Princeton University. The seminar has 
been organized and coordinated by  scholars in the history of biology 
in the Northeast for 43 years. Our mission is to foster a sense of 
community and provide a forum for sharing and critiquing graduate 
research by peers from a variety of institutions and backgrounds.

Please note that on Friday, April 4, from 11 am-5 pm, there will be 
an additional graduate student conference, Apparatus XY, featuring 
seven papers on gender, sexuality, and science.  You are invited to 
come early to attend this event as well. The full program is posted
