[Sci-tech-public] Leo Marx Chair awarded to Natasha Shull

Hello,

It is my pleasure to announce that STS Assistant Professor Natasha Schull
has been awarded the Leo Marx Career Development Professorship in the
History and Culture of Science and Technology. The professorship honors our
colleague Leo Marx, who is emeritus and continues to teach in STS. Professor
Marx has devoted his scholarly life to analyzing the interrelationships
between science and technology on one hand and culture and the humanities on
the other. Professor Schull succeeds Professor David Jones, who has held the
chair for the past three years. 

Congratulations to Natasha on receiving this honor, and best wishes for her
three years as the Leo Marx Professor.
