Discussants: Geoff Forden, Subrata Ghoshroy, Marvin Miller, and Ted Postol
of MIT's Science, Technology and Global Security Working Group

Subrata Ghoshroy will lead a discussion of a recent conference in 
Berlin on South Asian security. He will also comment on the status of 
the U.S.-India nuclear deal and its impact on the non-proliferation
