delay in workflow appearing in one inbox versus another

Hi all,

I have an end user that says she has been experiencing significant delays in workflow items appearing in her inbox. The items will appear in the inboxes of colleagues long before the same items appear in her inbox.

Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know what could cause it?

We converted from ECC to Hana last December.
