Unified Inbox not showing Use Case

Hi Sudhir,
Curious as to why you are using Unified Inbox rather than Fiori My Inbox?
Can you give us some insight?

Re the missing text – is that part of the Task Launch? It’s a very small fragment so difficult to see.

Subject: Unified Inbox not showing Use Case

We are implementing Unified Inbox instead of UWL. We can open the workitem just fine but we see 'Use Case Not Known' where earlier 'Approve Shopping Cart : xyz' was displayed.

I have debugged various methods but not sure which config / parameter setting is missing.

Any help would be appreciated. I have attached screenshots to this email.
