Extended Notification - One message contains multiple notifications...

Hello Folks,

I am going to use Extended Notifications on my current project for the very
first time. And it was working perfectly fine if I set its granularity as
'One message per workitem'.

But now, when I have changed its granularity as 'One message contains
multiple notifications', then it is throwing up an error message which says
that message template WORKFLOW1 does not exist.

Kindly let me know how can I resolve this issue as WORKFLOW1 is a standard
template and it is existing in the system which is working perfectly fine
with other type of granularity.

Any help is really appreciated.
