Operator 'EQ': The value of the left operand cannot be determined

Dear Experts,

I am facing an error within condition steps.

Error is :*Operator 'EQ': The value of the left operand cannot be
determined*

I have a attribute names *"NO_ISSUE_FLAG"* of type Boolean within my
workflow container. There is a background step which is returning a flag
and filling this workflow container attribute.

After this background step there is a condition steps where i am checking
the value of attribute.[Snapshot attached]

Value of attribute is filling correctly through background task but still i
am getting an above error.

Kindly give your advice on this.
