Extended Notification Config Issue

Hi,
I am trying to configure Subscription Settings in Transaction SWNCONFIG.While saving the Configuration  it prompts for a transport and  I am getting below error.


" Special Character - in generic key.   " .Any idea what the issue could be.I have done similar  config many times in other systems but this error is something new

I am getting below error when its saving in a transport.
