Workflow for the approval process of creating positions in HCM txn pp03

im working with a custom  Workflow for  the approval process of creating positions in HCM txn pp03.
 

  My requirement is to create a custom workflow for the approval process of creating positions in txn pp03. i have some questions

 What BO should be used? On what event should the WF be triggered?
any idea it's apreciated
