Correct, the full capabilities of output determination is available. You can restrict by customer/vendor types, even maintain a list of customers or whatever. All done through standard output determination config and conditions.

Did I get it right, that there can be an output determination restriction that sends the event only when the delivery-complete indicator had been set, instead of a check-Function-Module?

Hi Sue,

I'm a bit late to the party, but just wanted to add that, like Claus, I've
also gone down the output determination route. Depending on your
requirements, this can work very well as you can easily add conditions -
or even raise the event for - the target document. For example, to only
raise event to notify that ALL goods have been received, you can define an
output of type EVENT, with a condition that the GR status is Completed and
raise BUS2012.ALLGOODSRECEIVED. It all depends on the business perspective
of why you need the event - i.e. if your WF is a PO-based or GR-based
process.
