Event trigger for Goods Receipt

Sounds like  a job for 'Change Documents'  SCD0, SWED, SWEC

SCD0 will generate an Update FM that will write your entries to a table and
write the change docs and trigger the event. Or there maybe an entry
already there (is it LIEFERUNG) or create a new one and link it to a Abap
Class (SWED/SWEC)
