RSWP_CONTINUE_WORKFLOWS_GRID - job is abending

Hi All,

>From almost a month, the scheduled job for the program
RSWP_CONTINUE_WORKFLOWS_GRID is abending in production.
Have manually run the program in the test systems and it works fine.

This is the error message we see in the job log -

Not sure what this error is, seems like a rate issue.
