try to delete the entry of the SAP logon for  users that not Work the link and make a new entry in sap logon
  
for me that Works fine because some links was created when yo make the entry in sap logon.

Many thanks for the help, turns out I was confusing the requirement for 
the comments box with having to do the web dynpro. Once I created my and 
asked the Basis guy to upload it to portal all was good. Thanks again!

Hi

We have implemented a new approval workflow. We have used Extended 
notifications to send emails to outlook for the approvers, with the link 
in that should take them to their logon pad and task. This all works for 
most users, but there are just a couple of users who get a failure when 
they try and open the link in their outlook email.



Could anyone help and point me in the right direction as to what could 
cause this?
