Workitems in agenda of SBWP

All,

we wants to see our workitems in the agenda/calendar of the
Business workplace.

I know that this can be done using the representation, but we want to
see a number of workitems when the workitem is created. Does anyone know
how this can be done? Do I have to set a deadline? Or is there a
different solution?
