All Workflows going into Error Status

Hi Lalitha
I think some Transports were implemented that caused this issue. Analyse
your Workflow Log and Business object and check what was changed and when.
Recently we implemented HR support pack and SAP has put extra auth check on
some standard SAP program that caused lots of issues.
