Responsibility Rule - PP01

I switched to PP01 when I could not even see the Responsibility Rule in client 120. 120 is locked for config changes. I am assuming this is config but don't recall where. I only use this in one place before today and need to brush off the dust. It has it purposes. While still in 4.6c, I set this up for HR and let them pick who wants to play W-2 admin for a given time. Good fit for this case. 

Could be a config change after we upgraded to ECC6? Yes ... finally on ecc6 on our prod client.

Have you tried using Tx PFAC instead?

I'm presuming here you are more interested in the Rule rather than the Responsibilities themselves...
